President & CEO

John joined the AWP team in September, 2012 as President and Chief Operating Officer. In March 2013, Mr. Sypek was named AWP's President & Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the AWP team, John held various leadership positions in the transportation industry, including Senior VP of Operations at YRC Freight, VP of Operations at the previous Roadway Express headquarters in Akron, and Eastern Division Vice-President at Roadway Express’ Harrisburg, PA location.
